Information about the Delivery Services

Payment Methods: Our customers can choose three types of payment modes.

We recommend our customers to pay their bills through the bit coin. The payment which is received in mode of bit coin is received immediately and processed earlier.

Important Information

Sorry but we do not accept PayPal or regular payment via Credit card. It is not suitable payment method for our Eshop due to strict rules of Master Card and Visa for selling pharmacy products.

Our preferred payment method is bank transfer. Bank transfer can take up to 1 or 2 business days.

Your payment will be accepted as soon as we receive your proof of transaction. So all process takes same fast as PayPal or payment via Credit Card.

If you prefer payment by credit card, you can send payment via Western union to our bank account. It is easy and reliable payment method.

We are not able to accept Western union "Person to Person”. This payment option is not suitable for this type of Eshop.

How to place an order by following the three easy steps are provided below:

1: By visiting our website, have a look on the catalogue of our products and select your desired item which you want to buy. To buy any product, you need to simply click the “Add to cart” button.

2: When you will click on the “checkout” button in your cart, you will have to give the important shipping details. When you will provide these details, you will choose the payment method that how would you like to pay, after that, all you need to do is just click on the “Place order now” button. You will receive an automatically generated email with all the payment details.


3: When this procedure will be submitted by your side, let us know the payment clearance code and shipping details so that we will manage the next procedure.

Most Important Details:

When you will submit the amount and will get the reference number or MTCN (money control number), you will have to be registered on our website and put your details in your account which will be seen at the top of the home page and open the order history. After this, you will have to provide the MTCN code in the payment field and then save it. Make it sure that the details you are providing for the item is still available in your cart before you are going to place and complete your order. In short you will have to do the following: access to My Account, click on Your Order. Fill in the Payment Information (MTCN and Sender Name). Once again you will have to choose Send Order for us to receive your information. Your order will be removed from My Account menu. Once My Account section is empty, this means the process has been completed successfully.

Delivery and Shipping Details

We ship through the registered air mail to ship all gear. The shipment charges or flat rate is 25 USD. We need 2 -3 Working days after the payment clearance for handling. For US, 12-15 working days are required for the delivery and for Europe 8-14 days are required for the delivery. Due to the postage problems, sometimes it may take 25-28 days for your delivery.

Bulky Packages or Large Packages

If someone has a large package or bulky package, that specific package will be divided into small ones. It does not matter that how bigger your package is, it is important to us to send you your order efficiently. You do not need to worry about the packing because our main focus is on the quality services because each and every customer of our company is valuable because our customers are the boosters of our business and we cannot compromise on our quality services and performance.

The Minimum Order

We do not have any minimum order. You can test us with small order.

Causes of Delay in Delivery

As we are shipping from the Eastern Europe, some delays may occur because of various custom clearance procedures and because of some holidays. Specially, when the order is going to be shipped through more than two countries, some delay may occur because of the custom checking. If we talk about our personal delivery service then we can assure you that we do not make any delay after you clear your payment and if such happens, one extra product will be sent to you for the compensation of the delay in delivery.

Please NOTICE:

Delivery times are between 8-14 days to all major destinations. But sometimes will delay by bad weather/security/customs etc so maybe it is 14-20, during shopping season maybe more days. If more than 30 days not received product, your order will be send again to our costs. But we need proof of saized.

Our Re-shipping Policy

We take all the necessary information for the shipment of your orders to make it successfully shipped to you. Sometimes, some orders are returned from the customs with the allegation of undeliverable. In this case, accept our apology first. You will have to provide us the picture of your seizure letter which can be taken from the customs along with your order number. This is our first and foremost priority to satisfy our customers that’s why we will re-ship your order in time. It should be noted that the undelivered orders which are returned because of the wrong address indicate by the customers will not be re-shipped. Furthermore: we do not re-ship in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Pakistan.
